摘要 经颈静脉肝内门体分流术（TIPS）是一项专门治疗门静脉高压症的介入治疗新技术。该技术于1969年首先报道，经过30多年的探索与发展，已日臻成熟，现已被广泛用于伴有食管胃底静脉曲张出血、顽固性腹水、Budd-Chiari综合征（BCS）等的门静脉高压症的治疗，并取得了显著疗效。
