儿童朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症2例
摘要
报道2007年在我科诊治的2例儿童朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症,并结合文献对该病的临床表现、皮肤病理学特点、免疫组化特征及鉴别诊断进行总结分析。对怀疑儿童朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症患者,应该尽早做皮肤病理及相关的免疫组化检查进行确诊。
