尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎患者精液中IL-2、IL-6和IL-8水平及其意义 被引量：1

摘要 将101例尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎患者按NIH分类法分为3型,20例正常男性为对照组。对其精液用放射标记免疫法行IL-2、IL-6、IL-8测定,分析各组间细胞因子水平的差异。结果:Ⅱ型患者IL-2水平(36.95±15.64)ng/mL高于Ⅲ B型和对照组(P<0.05);IL-6、IL-8水平Ⅱ型和Ⅲ A型高于Ⅲ B型和对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对精液中细胞因子水平的检测有助于尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎的诊断和分型。
