摘要
通过对目前我国政府投资项目决策机制中存在问题的分析,借鉴公共选择理论中的宪法经济理论和官僚经济理论的合理思想,提出了完善我国政府投资项目决策机制的具体对策。
Current existing problems on the decision-making mechanism of government- invested projects were analyzed firstly. Then with reference of the reasonable ideas in the constitution economics theory and the bureaucracy economics of public choice theory, some substantial solutions were presented to the improvement of decision - making mechanism of government - invested projects.
