摘要
工程项目投标中存在着许多不确定因素和风险,用熵表示信息的不确定性程度,建立了工程投标项目决策的模型,该模型较好地处理了投标项目影响因素重要程度的问题,较为理想地反映了各影响因素在竞争意义上的相对激烈程度,弥补了多目标规划、决策树法的一些缺陷;熵权理论对各个投标项目的分析更为客观和准确,减少了人的主观性,使决策更合理、更科学,为建筑企业进行投标决策提供了科学的依据,节约了大量的人力、物力和财力,具有较大的实用价值。
Lots of uncertain factors and risks of engineering bid were involved, the paper avails entropy characterize degree of uncertainty on the information and builds the model on decision - making of engineering bidding. The model preferably deals with the issues of degree of importance and reflects degree of severity on Engineering Bidding influence factors, offsets the limitation of multiobjective planning and decision tree method.
