摘要
在分析新形势下我国房地产业发展现状的基础上,提出现阶段我国房地产市场营销中所存在的关键问题及其成因,并结合当前国家宏观经济调控政策,从产业政策、营销策划、广告创意、品牌意识和文化营销等5个方面提出现阶段我国房地产营销对策。
The paper analyzed status quo under the new situation. Then it found the key problem and its course of formation. It emphasized the countermeasure on industry policy, marketing plan, originality of advertisement, consciousness of brand and culture of marketing in our government control of macrceconomics.
