新型高效率的钕铁硼单相同步电动机 被引量:2

摘要 该文介绍了钕铁硼单相同步电动机的基表结构。其定子部分与双值电容单相异步电动机基本相同,转子结构则相差较大,采用了永磁体。其运行由起动绕组带动电机异步起动,由永磁体磁场和定子旋转磁场起作用将转子牵入同步。它具有高效率(比同容量双值电容单相异步电动机提高8%~10%)、高功率因数、高的材料利用率、良好的起动性能等特点。最后指出随着单相动力负荷,尤其是家用电器的日益增加,如以钕铁硼单相同步电动机取代各种机构中的单相异步电动机,对于节约能源具有重大意义。
