摘要
目的探讨层粘连蛋白与门静脉压力的相关性。方法检测70例慢性肝炎和肝硬化患者的层粘连蛋白和超声下测量门静脉内径进行分析。结果层粘连蛋白及门静脉内径存在极显著相关。结论层粘连蛋白可用于评估门静脉压力的高低。
Objective To deteh the correlation of laminin with the partal venous pressure MethodsThe laminin and the partal vein diameter were measured and analyzed in to caseschronic hepatitis or liver cirrhosis. Results The laminin was confined to the partal vein diameter and it was pulscorrehionship. Conclusion The laminin could be to evaluate the level of the partal venous pressure.
