带有金属内模的复合材料构件固化模拟研究

摘要 为了设计和评价带有金属内模的复合材料构件固化工艺制度,文中采用有限元方法对其进行二维温度场和固化度场的分布模拟.在模型中通过有限差分法考虑了温度与固化度的耦合作用,建立了带有金属内模的复合材料构件固化工艺数学模型.数值计算结果表明:复合材料的厚度可以加剧构件的固化速度及温度梯度;金属内模在固化过程中更像一个吸热器,起到减缓温度梯度和固化速度的作用.计算结果与实验数据符合较好,验证了模型数值结果的可靠性.因此,本文建立的固化工艺模型可以为带有金属内模的复合材料构件固化工艺设计提供参考. To design and evaluate the cure cycle of composite component with internal metallic mold, finite element method was employed in numerical simulation on distribution of its two-dimension temperature and cure degree field. A mathematical model was established to describe the cure process of this bind of composite component, and the coupling between temperature and cure degree was considered using finite difference method in the model. Numerical results show that the thickness of composite component affects the cure rate and temperature gradient. Internal metallic mold play a role of a heat-sink, which slows down the temperature gradient and the cure rate. The good agreement between calculation result and experimental data proves the reliability of the model established in this paper. Numerical calculation of the cure model may present theoretical reference for designing the cure cycle of composite component with internal metallic mold.
