Regional economic evaluation system framework and algorithm based on fuzzy control

为了实现对区域经济的模糊控制,提出一种集成模糊控制与模糊评价方法,结合区域经济的最新研究成果,构建了具有二重空间整合特征的区域经济竞争力新的指标体系,并给出了广泛收集统计数据和征求专家意见后的模糊评价方法及控制规则.研究结果表明,模糊控制评价的区域竞争力排序符合当今经济发展实际,模糊规则的应用提高了评价速度和准确性、客观性.因此,实现了对区域经济评价的智能化.

To realize the fuzzy control of regional economy, combining fuzzy control with fuzzy evaluation method, this paper constructs a new index system featured with dual-space for competition of regional economy based on recent research achievements in regional economics field. It also presents the fuzzy evaluation method and fuzzy control rule based on lots of statistical data and experiences of experts. The result shows that the sequence of regional competition evaluated by fuzzy control is accordant with the developmental reality of Chinese economy. The application of fuzzy control rule makes the evaluation quicker, simplier and more objective. Thus, the intelligentized evaluation on regional economy is realized.
