摘要
本文通过分析花键筒的结构特点,分别从塑性成形力、摩擦力等方面进行计算、设计出最优的成形模具参数.通过花键筒成形有限元模拟和实验,验证了设计的最优模具参数,成功成形了合格的花键筒零件.
In this paper, the structural character of spline tube is analyzed, and the optimal mould parameters are designed by calculating the forming force and fracture force. Through the FE simulation and experiment on the forming of spline tube, the designed mould parameters are testified, and an eligible spline tube part is obtained in the experiment.
