摘要
为了提高汽车电子控制系统的可靠性,采用以现场总线技术组成的汽车网络控制系统,连接电子控制单元ECU到不同的网络中,组成一个汽车电子集成控制系统.讨论了有关可靠性设计方面的问题,如制造工艺、硬件、软件等因素对汽车电子可靠性的影响以及相关的解决方案.实验结果表明:这种结构下的控制系统具有较高的可靠性,提高了汽车的性能.
For increasing the reliability of automotive electronic control system, a new technology is adopted to connect several ECU to different network systems to establish an automotive electronic integrated control system based on fieldbus. The reliability design of network structure and the manufacturing technique as well as hardware and software of computer are discussed. And the corresponding solutions are provided. The experimental result shows that the performance of car can be enhanced greatly due to the high reliability of this kind of control system.
