摘要
采用连续观察法研究淡水黑鲷受精卵的发育,描述了胚胎发育早期各个时期的形态发育特征,显微摄影记录。结果显示,淡水黑鲷胚胎发育过程可分为受精卵、胚盘形成期、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、胚体出现期、胚孔闭合期、尾芽期、肌肉效应期、心跳期、出膜期共11个时期。淡水黑鲷的受精卵为沉性非粘性卵,呈淡黄色,卵径约2 mm。水温20℃,受精卵约30 h孵出仔鱼。对原肠胚期、神经胚期、出膜前期的胚胎进行了石蜡切片,H.E染色观察并详细记录,在显微水平验证相应早期胚胎发育阶段。
The zygotic development of sooty grunter Hephaestus fuliginosus was studied by continuous observation, and the morphological features of the early various embryonic phases were recorded and described. Results showed that the embryonic development can be divided into 11 stages including fertilized eggs, blastoderm formation stage, cleavage stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage, idiosome formation stage, blastopore stage, tail bud formed, muscular contraction, heart beating stage and pre-hatching stage. The zygote was demersal and nonadhesive with light yellow color and the diameter of 2 mm or so. The larva was hatched 30 h after fertilization at water temperature of 20 ℃ or so. Meanwhile, paraffin section and H· E staining were conducted to track records of gastrula stage, neurula stage and pre-hatching stage.
