湘华鲮、墨鲮、华鲮遗传多样性的RAPD分析 被引量:2

RAPD Analysis of Genetic Diversity in Mud Carp,Cirrhinus molitorella and Sinilabeo decorus tungting,S.rendahli rendahli

摘要 从40个10 bp随机引物中筛选出12个多态性引物,对湘华鲮、墨鲮和华鲮3个群体共25个个体进行RAPD分析,共检测出81个多态性位点。试验结果表明,3种鲮群体内的遗传分化程度不高,湘华鲮、墨鲮和华鲮群体内的遗传相似性系数分别为0.8777、0.8828、0.9091;湘华鲮与华鲮的亲缘关系最近,其遗传距离为0.3637,湘华鲮与墨鲮的亲缘关系次之,遗传距离为0.5576,墨鲮与华鲮的亲缘关系最远,遗传距离为0.6030。 Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)was applied to assess genetic variations in three populations of Labeoninae(25 individuals). Eighty-one polymorphic bands were observed by amplifications of 12 random primers selected from 40 primers. The results showed that S. decorus tungting, C. rnoli torella and S. rendahli rendahli had the intra-population genetic similarity index of 0. 8777, 0. 8828, and 0. 9091, respectively, indicating the low intra-population genetic differentiation. The inter-population genetic distance was 0. 5576 between S. decorus tungting and C. molitorella, 0. 3637 between S. decorus tungting and S. rendahli rendahli , and 0. 6030 between C. molitorella and S. rendahli rendahli. It was found that S. decorus tungting and S. rendahli rendahli had closer relationship than S. decorus tungting and C. molitorella, and C. rnolitorella and S. rendahli rendahli.
