摘要
以反应釜旋转轴密封为对象,运用机械密封相关理论分析密封机理及性能,并针对实际工业生产中的氯化反应釜用剖分式机械密封进行研究设计、材料选择、建模分析,证明了此种新型密封装置的合理性和先进性。
Based on the seals of the rotary shafts of reactors, the seal mechanism and seal performance were analyzed using the theory related to mechanical seals, some researches, designs, material selections, and modeling analyses were conducted of a split mechanical seal for chlorination reactors in production, it is concluded that the new type seals are reasonable and advanced.
