摘要
介绍了一种新型锥柱壳连接区域的加强结构,并给出了该加强结构尺寸的计算方法。用有限元法对圆筒体与不同锥半角锥体连接处采用新型加强结构的应力状态进行了计算、分析,并与现行容器规范中给出的加强结构的应力状态和应力强度进行了对比分析,进一步研究了新型结构的加强效果。
A new type reinforcement structure in the joint regions of cone-cylinder shells was presented, the calculation method of the size of the reinforcement structure was given, a calculation and an analysis were conducted of the stress status of the joint region using the new type reinforcement structure between the cylinder and the cone with various conical semi-angles using finite element method, the calculation and analysis were compared with the stress status and stress strength of the reinforcement structure in existing pressure vessel codes, the result of the new type reinforcement structure was further studied.
