折剪机床设计及关键零件的有限元分析

摘要 介绍了在小型折弯、剪切两用机床设计开发中,采用了连杆增力机构和齿轮同步机构,实现了在小缸径单杆液压缸驱动下的增力和滑块运动的同步性。在SolidWorks中建立零件的三维模型,用COSMOSXpress对关键零件进行有限元分析,并根据分析结果优化了零件结构。 The synchronistical movements of reinforcements and slide blocks were realized under the driving of a small-diameter and single-rod hydraulic cylinder using the connecting rod reinforcement mechanism and the gear synchronistical mechanism in the design of small-sized bending and shearing machine tools. A three-dimensional model for the parts was founded in SolidWorks, a finite element analysis was made of the key parts using COSMOSXpress, and the structures of the parts were optimized based on the analysis results.
