通过对失效的液化石油气罐车安全阀弹簧宏观检查、材质分析、金相组织分析、断口和腐蚀产物分析,指出了安全阀弹簧断裂失效的原因,提出了防范措施。

The failure causes of the elastic spring of the safety valve were found out through macro inspection, material analysis, metallurgical structure analysis, fracture analysis and corrosion product analysis of the failed elastic spring of the safety valve of a liquefied oil gas storage tank, and some prevention methods were proposed.
