摘要 研究了572,859,1 145μL.L-13种不同体积分数的CO2加富对茄子穴盘幼苗的影响.结果表明,与对照相比,CO2加富施肥使茄子幼苗的株高及茎粗明显增大,增加了干物质积累量和叶面积;叶绿素含量增加,增强了光合作用;茄子幼苗的根系活力升高;第14天时,可溶性糖含量分别增加88.07%,119.51%和133.48%.茄子幼苗在施用859μL.L-1CO2时品质优于其他处理,可作为该茄子幼苗适宜的CO2体积分数,1 145μL.L-1次之. The experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of three different CO2 concentrations of 572, 859 and 1 145 μL·L^-1 on the growth of eggplant plug seedlings. The results showed that compared with CK the CO2 enrichment could increase shoot height and stem diameter of eggplant plug seedlings, as well as its contents of dry matter accumulation and leaf area ; it also could promote the chlorophyll content, the capacity of photosynthesis was improved; its root activity was obviously higher through CO2 enrichment. On the 14th day, soluble sugar content increased by 88. 07%, 119.51% and 133.48% respectively compared with the check. The eggplant plug seedling at the concentration of 859 μL·L^-1 grew better those at other concentrations,so 859 μL·L^-1 could be the best concentration, with 1 145 μL·L^-1 coming next.
