摘要
研究了苯酚对土壤中微生物数量及蛋白酶和脲酶活性的影响.结果表明,苯酚对细菌的影响表现为先抑制后刺激,苯酚抑制放线菌生长但刺激真菌生长;不同质量分数的苯酚对蛋白酶活性影响不同;苯酚抑制脲酶活性,且抑制程度与处理苯酚的质量分数呈正相关,随着培养时间延长,抑制作用有所减弱.
The effects of phenol on the number of microorganisms and activities of protease and urease were studied. The results showed that phenol inhabited firstly and then stimulated growth of bacteria, and that phenol inhabited growth of actinomycetes and stimulated growth of fungi. Different concentrations of phenol had different effects on protease activity. The results suggested phenol inhibited urease activity, and that the level of inhibition increased with the concentrations of phenol. As time went on, the inhibition got weaker.
