关节镜下监控治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅢ型骨折

Monitoring the tibial plateau fracture of Schatker type Ⅲ under arthroscope

目的探讨关节镜监控治疗胫骨平台SchatkerⅢ型骨折的疗效。方法应用关节镜技术治疗胫骨平台骨折SchatkerⅢ16例,随访1～18个月,按照Rasmussen系关节功能评分标准,平价术后功能。结果术后Rasmussen膝关节评分系统:优10例,良4例,可2例,优良率87.5%。结论关节镜技术有助于更好的复位关节内骨折的同时,对关节内其它结构损伤的诊治,具有其他治疗方法无法比拟的优势。

Objective： To investigate the effect of monitoring treatment for the tibial plateau fracture of Schatker type Ⅲ under arthroscope.Methods Sixteen cases with tibial plateau fracture, which were classified as type Ⅲ according Schatker＇ s method, were treated with arthroscopy technique. They were followed up for 1 - 18 months after treatment. Rasmussen score was used to evaluate the functions of knee joint after operation.Results According to Rasmussen scores, there were 10 cases for excellent effect, 4 cases for good effect, and 2 cases for fair effect. The rate of excellent and good therapeutic results was 87.5%.Conclusion Arthrescopy technique is helpful and superior to reset the intraarticular fracture and diagnose the damages of other structure in joints.
