Chinalnvent is a high-tech firm located in Beijing Zhongguaneun. It designs, produces and markets analytical instruments related to water quality, oil quality and food quality. In this case by describing the process of business opportunities identification and exploration in the China Invent history, we try to understand the relationship among business opportunity identification and exploration, environmental factors and entrepreneurs＇ characteristics.
