36所基层医疗机构医疗废物管理现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Administration of Medical Wastes in 36 Local Medical Institutions of Airforce

目的了解基层医疗机构医疗废物管理现状,促进《医疗废物管理条例》在部队医疗机构中的贯彻落实。方法现场调查某部36所基层医疗机构医疗废物管理情况,调查结果全部录入Excel 6.0并进行统计。结果36所基层医疗机构中,94.4%的医疗机构定期组织学习法律法规和业务知识,但组织学习过与医疗废物有关法规的医疗机构仅占13.9%,25.0%的医疗机构设有医疗废物管理的监控部门,88.9%的医疗机构设有医疗废物管理专(兼)职人员,75.0%的医疗机构建立了医疗废物分类收集、运送、暂时贮存的工作制度;41.7%的医疗机构做到了按不同类别分类盛装医疗废物,13.9%的医疗机构产生的医疗废物由医疗废物处置中心处置。结论多数基层医疗机构医疗废物管理意识不强,缺乏医疗废物管理相关知识的培训,医疗废物相关设施、处置不规范,医疗机构医疗废物管理情况不容乐观;应加强宣传培训,强化医疗废物管理意识,结合实际情况,完善医疗废物管理制度,规范医疗废物设施建设;加强监督检查,提高医疗废物管理水平。

OBJECTIVE To ascertain the administration of medical wastes in local medical institutions of Airforce, and promote the implementation of ＂ Regulations On the Administration of Medical Wastes＂ in military medical institutions. METHODS The spot investigation was adopted to investigate the current administration of medical wastes in 36 local medical institutions of Airforce. The data has been collected and analyzed with software package of Excel 6.0. RESULTS Among the 36 local medical institutions of Airforce, 94.4% of the medical institutions were organized learn the rules and knowledge periodically, but the medical institutions which learned the rules and knowledge related to the medical wastes only occupy 13.9%. 25.0% of the medical institutions had set up the supervised department of administration of medical wastes. 88.9 % of the medical institutions had persons speciall y assigned for administration of medical wastes, 75.0% of the medical institutions established the working system of sorted collection, tranport and deposit of medical wastes. 41.7% of the medical institutions took measures to sort medical wastes. 13.9% of the medical institutions disposed the medical wastes by disposal center of medical wastes. CONCLUSIONS Most of local medical institutions lack sense of medical wastes administration, training on relevant knowledge, standards of facilities and disposal of medical wastes. Administration of medical wastes in local medical institutions of Air force is not optimistic. We should give more training of medical wastes administration, complete the system of medical wastes administration under current conditions, increase government funds and standardize the construction of medical wastes disposal facilities, strengthen the supervision and inspection and improve the administration of medical wastes.
