摘要
采用MET、SEM、EPMA等分析手段研究了6063铝型材在阳极氧化前的碱洗处理中所出现的过腐蚀形貌特征及产生原因,并对其生成机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明,6063铝型材碱洗过腐蚀实质上是点蚀与晶间腐蚀的交织重迭。产生这类腐蚀缺陷的主要原因是合金组织内游离Si、Al-Fe-Si等偏析相的强阴极作用;而碱液中的Cl-、Zn2+、Fe3+是铝阳极的活化剂,它加速了铝的活性溶解,促进了局部腐蚀的加剧。
Abstract Overcorrosion morphology characteristics of 6063 alloy extrusions produced during alkaline cleaning have been studied by MET, SEM and EPMA means,and the for mation mechanisms of overcorrorion defect have been discussed. The experimental results showed that this kinds of overcorrosion were constituted of pitting and induced intergranular corrosion,and were caused by cathodic effect of segregated phases as Si,AlFeSi and activating effect of Cl\+-,Fe\+\{3+\},Zn\+\{2+\} in the alkaline etching.
