高效液相色谱法测定炎可宁片中大黄素、大黄酚的含量

Determination of Emodin,Chrysophanol in Yankening Tablets by HPLC

目的：应用高效液相色谱法测定炎可宁片中大黄素,大黄酚的含量。方法：采用Shim-pack-C18柱（5μm,150×4.6mm）,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸（85∶15）为流动相,检测波长254 nm。结果：大黄素、大黄酚线性范围分别为（0.016 128-0.080 64μg,r=0.999 7;0.032 48~0.162 4μg,r=0.999 8大黄素,大黄酚的回收率分别为97.88%,RSD=1.64%;97.93%,RDS=0.71%。结论：该方法用于测定炎可宁片中大黄素、大黄酚的含量,具有简便、准确、灵敏的特点,可作为该制剂质量控制的制标。

Objective:To determine the content of Emodin,Chrysophanol in Yankening tablets by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The determination was carried out on a Shim-pack-C_(18) column(5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm)eluted with the mobile phase of methanol water containing 0.1% phosphoric acid(85∶15).The detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results:A good linear relationship between the peak areas and the injection amounts was found for emodin within((0.016 128)～(0.080 64))μg,with a correlation coefficient of(0.999 7),for chrysophanol within((0.032 48)～(0.162 4))μg,with a correlation coefficient of(0.999 8).The average recovery of Emodin was 97.88%(RSD 1.64%),and of Chrysophanol was 97.93%(RSD 0.71%).Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
