摘要
在分析吴茱萸相关文献的基础上,概括了吴茱萸化学成分的分析方法研究现状,主要对生物碱、内酯及挥发性成分含量测定方法进行介绍和讨论,包括反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)、液-质联用法(LC-MS)、气-质联用法(GC-MS)、毛细管电泳法(CE)测定吴茱萸主要化学成分的方法,为进一步研究吴茱萸的质量控制提供参考。
