摘要
PVC整芯抗静电难燃输送带成品生产中,因其芯体织物化学纤维用量大,织物组织紧密,PVC胶糊凝胶速度较低,容易在表面产生明疤,其中尤以1000S型以上型号的强力输送带表现突出,本文着重对输送带表面明疤的产生原因进行分析探讨,并提出一些控制方法。
In the production of anti-static flame retardant PVC solid-woven coveyor belt, the surface scar of the product was easy to appear as a large amount of chemical fiber fabric for the core and the close structure of the fabric and the low condenser rate of PVC gel. The reason was discussed and some control measures were given in this paper.
