Scorch Life Prediction

建立了焦烧时间与工艺过程参数的数学模型，可实现对密炼机生产的混炼胶焦烧进行预测。其相关系数Ｒ＝０．９０，实测与预测差值一般在２分钟以内，相对误差在８％左右。

This paper builds a regression model for predicting scorch life using technology process parameter. It can predict the scorch life of rubber mixture in internal mixer produces. The cor- relation coefficient R is 0.90. The difference between the reality value and the prediction is no more than 2 minutes. The relative error is around 8%.
