摘要
建立了焦烧时间与工艺过程参数的数学模型,可实现对密炼机生产的混炼胶焦烧进行预测。其相关系数R=0.90,实测与预测差值一般在2分钟以内,相对误差在8%左右。
This paper builds a regression model for predicting scorch life using technology process parameter. It can predict the scorch life of rubber mixture in internal mixer produces. The cor- relation coefficient R is 0.90. The difference between the reality value and the prediction is no more than 2 minutes. The relative error is around 8%.
