结构化在职培训方法的运用 被引量:7

摘要 近二十年来,结构化在职培训(S-OJT)逐渐走热于企业培训领域。它以系统理论和情境学习理论为基础,以标准化、灵活性、可迁移性为主要特征,适合用于企业员工或分工变化时、引入新技术或新机器时的培训以及需要记录的培训。
