摘要
以工业氧化锆粉料为原料.通过添加MgO、Y_2O_3复合稳定剂和改进工艺制度,获得了固溶温度在1600-1700℃之间且烧结致密的三元体系(Mg、Y)-PSZ陶瓷,研究了在1400℃、1500℃热处理对该三元系陶瓷显微结构和力学性能的影响,结果表明,添加Y_2O_3的Mg-PSZ较传统的Mg-PSZ容易制备且性能优异。
Ternary system (Mg, Y) - PSZ ceramics were prepared by using commercial zirconia powders, and densified PSZ ceramics with relative low sintering temperature at 1600 - 1700℃ were obtained by adding MgO, Y_2O_3 compos-ite stabilizers and improving processing technique. The mechanical properties and microstructure of ternary (MG, Y)- PSZ ceramics were studied after heat treated at 1400℃ and 1500℃. The results showed that Mg - PSZ with addi-tion of Yttria can be prepared easily and had better mechanical properties than traditional Mg - PSZ.
