Facing the vigorous development of extra-high building in various countries, the people begain to think of the negative effects of extra-high building such as the waste of resources, environmental destruction easily, sent the disaster and so on ,while we affirm its superior. In such condition, we can not but consider, along with the extra-high building develops so like this,whether the advantage is bigger than the shortcoming or the advantage is bigger than the shortcoming actually？ In this article, we attempt to analysis and research the extra-high building fit and unfit quality, then remind the people to give careful consideration on the extra-high building development in the next urban planning.
