摘要
针对建筑施工项目的特点,提出了一种新的评价建筑施工项目团队绩效的评价方法即平衡综合评价法,并用建筑施工项目团队绩效评价实例对该评价方法进行了验证.
In view of the characteristic of the performance of construction program, this text has put forward to a new appraisal method of performance appraisal of construction program team： Balanced--Comprehensive Method, and has conducted the Balanced--Comprehensive Method through one performance appraisal of construction program team.
