A New Process for the Synthesis of Acetochlor

研讨一种连续合成乙草胺工艺，新工艺中间体不经分离直接继续反应，连续工艺避免了间歇过程中不可避免的一些不稳定情况，总收率大于９０％，乙草胺原药含量能达到９６％。

A continuous process for the synthesis of acetochlor is studied. In the new process,the intermediate need not to separate from the reaction solution.The continuous process avoids the fluctuation which is unavoidable with the batch procedure.The total yield is more than 90% and purity of acetochlor technical can reach 96%.
