摘要
针对通用自动测试系统(ATS)对系统模型化的需求以及目前测试系统模型化设计的不足,提出了以TEDL标准为基础的可互换系统模型。该模型将测试系统的物理资源模型化处理,建立可由测试程序集(TPS)直接调用的虚拟资源,实现了测试程序与硬件的分离,提高了TPS的可移植性。同时利用数据库软件对系统模型进行管理,减小可硬件更换对系统软件的影响。
For improving the interchangeabitity of ATS and meeting the requirements of modeling ATS, a interchangeable ATS model is presented, which is based on TEDL standard. The model establishs virtual resource transfered by TPS and realizes that TPS is independent of instruments. And the ATS model can be managed by database software so that the impact of instument changing is greatly reduced.
