摘要 本文设计了一种基于单片机控制的低成本,高可靠性的流量计费式节水控制系统。通过使用涡轮流量传感器将实际使用水量转换为电脉冲数,从而实现控制系统的流量计费,增强系统的实用性;应用红外线这种不可见光源的特性设计出红外感应开关,实现红外按键取水,取代机械开关,增加系统的安全可靠性,延长控制器的实用寿命。最后通过实际运用证明该控制系统运行可靠,能产生理想的节水效果。本文讨论了该控制系统的设计思路,并给出了相关的硬件电路和软件流程。 This paper introduced the process of an intelligent saving-water controlling system with lower rice, high reliability based on single-chip that we have developed. The actual use of water is converted to electrical pulses by turbine flow sensor, achieved the flow of billing, enhanced the practicality of the system; The design of infrared sensors switch which replaced mechanical switches is based on the characteristic of infrared light source that is not visible, whether there is water depends on the availability of infrared, increased the security and reliability of the controlling system, extended the useful life of the controller. Finally, the experimental results showed the system has the performance of simple implementation, reliable running and great efforts of saving water. The thinking of designing the controlling system is discussed; the correlative electric circuit and software slow are given in this paper.
