摘要 对振动传感器进行检定的目的是保证振动测量结果的精度和可靠性,传统的振动传感器检定工作主要是手工操作,人处于一个核心的位置,控制和协调检定工作的各个环节,工作效率低,难以达到高精度的要求。本文介绍一种基于PXI总线技术的振动传感器检定系统,并设计了相应软件,实现了振动传感器的自动检定和检定报告的自动生成,采用振级逐次逼近控制算法实现振动台的稳定控制,提高了测试精度。使用结果表明该系统重复性好、精度高,满足了部队外场一线维护及航空工厂的需求。 The aim to verify the vibration sensor is to ensure the precision and reliability of vibration measure result. Conventional vibration sensor verification work is manual operation mainly. Man is the core and controls and assorts with each tache of the verification work. The work efficiency is low and it is difficult to reach the request of the high precision. The vibration sensor verification system based on PXI bus was introduced and the corresponding application soft was designed. It was realized that automatic verification of the vibration sensor and automatic creating of the verification report were realized. To control the verification table stably the arithmetic that the vibration level approached step by step was adopted and the test precision was improved. The application results indicate that the system has good repeat and high precision and the requirement of the army outfield and aviation factory was satisfied.
