摘要 提出了一种新的多光栅单色仪,采用机械细分及电细分相结合,实现了紫外到红外光谱的高精度自动扫描。其控制系统以C8051F060单片机为核心实现对光栅转台、滤色片轮、反光镜的控制以及双通道数据采集,采用USB接口与计算机连接。信号调理单元可实现电压电流的自动切换及软件可编程增益,可连接光电倍增管、光电池等多种接收器。系统具有采样精度高、集成度高、自动化程度高及扫描速度快等优点。 A new multi-grating monochromator is developed. With the combination of mechanical and electrical subdivision, high accuracy auto spectrum scanning from ultraviolet to infrared is realized. A SOC MCU of C8051F060 is used as the core to realize the control of the grating rotary platform, color filter wheel, mirror and double channel data acquisition. A USB interface is used to realize the connection between the system and computer. The signal condi- tioning unit can realize the auto input switching of the voltage and current signals and the software programmable gain, and can connect multiple light receivers such as photomultiplier and silicon photocell. The system has the advantages of high sampling accuracy, integration, automation and scanning speed.
