高层建筑楼板侧边开洞后单边梁、跨层柱的设计 被引量:3

Design of beams without slab restricted on both sides and columns beyond several floors for the floor side partial opening of tall building

摘要 对某模型工程在底部侧边不同楼层局部开洞,采用SATWE程序分析了开洞后形成的单边梁、跨层柱的内力和配筋的变化。计算结果表明,单边梁不是一般的受弯构件,而是有扭矩存在的拉弯构件,故除按计算结果配筋外,应符合拉弯构件的构造要求。跨层柱由于计算高度的增大,柱纵筋将增大,尤其是跨越层数较多的跨层柱,柱纵筋增大幅度很大。文中给出了单边梁和跨层柱的设计建议。 For a model building on floor side partial opening of different position on lower floor, using SAEWE program, it analyzes the change of internal force and reinforcement on beams without slab restricted on beth sides and columns beyond several floors. According to calculating conclusion, the beam without slab restricted on both sides isn't common bending member, it is a tension and bending member existing torque, it should be reinforced according to calculating conclusion, and should meet with the detail of tension and bending member. Due to increasing calculating height of column beyond several floors, its longitudinal bar will be increased, especially on column beyond more floors. It gives design suggestion.
