摘要
哈尔滨某地下游泳馆采用预应力混凝土结构。考虑到游泳馆顶盖上广场绿化区和允许消防车通行的道路区荷载差异较大,分荷载区域对预应力混凝土框架进行了设计计算。考虑到由于留设了后浇带,结构在施工阶段和使用阶段的计算模型不同,对结构内力的计算方法进行了说明。结合工程介绍了预应力混凝土梁及框架柱的计算方法,着重对框架梁中附加受压钢筋的确定、预应力混凝土梁变形的验算、预应力筋张拉方案、柱纵筋与预应力筋的位置关系、两梁相交处非预应力纵筋的布置方法、预应力工艺选择及灌浆处理、后浇带处梁顶非预应力纵筋的布置及锚头构造等问题进行了论述,可供同类工程参考。
The prestressed concrete structure is adopted in an underground natatorium in Harbin. Considering the load on virescence ,egion differs greatly from the one on the fire engine region on the roof, the prestressed concrete frame is designed and calculated respectively corresponding to different load regions. The calculation model of structure is different in construction stage and serviceability stage due to placing of post-pouring belt, therefore, the calculation method for the internal force of structure is explained. Combine with this project, the calculations method for prestressed concrete beam and frame column are introduced. Some problems frequently occurring in design and construction in actual projects are emphasized such as determination of compressive steel bar, checking on deformation of prestressed concrete beam, tension scheme of prestressed steel, position of longitudinal steel bar and prestressed steel in column, arrangement method of non-prestressed longitudinal steel bar in the region of crossing of two beams, prestress technics and grouting processing, arrangement of non-prestressed longitudinal steel in post-pouring belt and construction of anchorage on the end of beam. All these can be served as reference in construction of the similar projects.
