摘要
通过室内大型模型试验,对圆形框筒高层结构大底盘框筏基础与地基的共同作用问题进行了试验研究,得出基底反力和基础变形的分布规律及主楼竖向荷载向外框柱转移的特征。大底盘框筏基础的设计,应考虑共同作用引起的主楼荷载向外框柱转移的现象,满足核心筒、主楼整体及外框柱的抗冲切承载力要求;主楼与裙房交界处的基础、基础四角及裙房顶层是这类结构的薄弱环节,需加强。
Based on simulated test, the interaction of large-area thick raft foundation under framed circular high-rise structure and soil is discusses. The characteristic of deformation and reaction have been described and the transference of the vertical loads of the main building from inner-tube to the out frame columns has been measured. Those positions which should be strengthened have been pointed out. In the design of large-area thick raft foundation, the transference of the vertical loads of the main building from inner-tube to the out frame columns should be considered, and the anti-impact capacity of inner-tube, main building, and out frame columns must be demanded. The foundation between the main building and the wing house, the four corners of the foundation, and the top of the wing house are weak areas which should be strengthend.
