摘要
用速生杨木LVL制作了一批试验柱并外贴碳纤维布箍对柱增强,进行轴心受压试验,通过试验选择了合理的柱截面形式。结果表明采用碳纤维布箍可以提高杨木LVL柱的承载力,改善柱的延性。试验还表明合适的碳纤维布体积配箍率是必要的,可以保证破坏形式最佳,获得最大承载力。分析试验结果给出了承载力计算方法。
The axial compression tests of the poplar LVL columns strengthened with CFRP sheet hoops have been carried out. The best column cross section model has been selected. The test results indicate that the CFRP sheet hoops could enhance the ultimate capacity and improve ductility of the poplar LVL columns obviously. Tests also show that it is necessary to take a suitable CFRP volume hoop mate for ensuring the best failure mode occurred and thus obtaining the maximum load beating capacity. Finally, a calculating method of load bearing capacity has been presented.
