摘要
从水力旋流器内压力分布与损失、局部损失、粘滞损失、湍动能耗以及空气柱内和出口能量损失等几方面入手对水力旋流器内的能量耗损进行了深入的理论研究,给出了水力旋流器单元操作的能耗体系,系统地描述了能量耗损的组成、分布、影响因素以及能耗降减可能性。
The analyses were conducted for the pressure distribution,pressure loss,local loss,viscous loss,turbulent dissipation energy,loss in gas column,and loss in the outlet of a hydrocyclone,and a deep theoretical research was made for the energy consumption in the hydrocyclone,the energy consumption system of the unit operation process of the hydrocyclones was given,and the compositions,distribution,factors of energy consumption,and energysaving possibility were systematically presented.
