摘要
研究不同烧制条件下KZr2(PO4)3 陶瓷的热学性能变化 ,实验表明 :合成温度越高 ,KZr2(PO4)3 晶体晶胞参数越接近理论值 ,结晶程度越高 ;随烧成温度增高 ,材料的热膨胀系数(α)变大 ,1450℃合成粉料的试样的α值最小 ,但是1350℃合成粉料的试样的α值与之非常接近 ;用混合烧结助剂替代常用单一MgO烧结KZr2(PO4)3
It has been studied the thermal properties'change of KZr 2(PO 4)3 ceramics in different firing conditions. The result shows:the higher the synthesis temperature, he more approach to the theoretical value the crystal lattice quantities, and the more completed the crystallinity;material's expansion coefficient becomes large with the synthesis temperature increasing, expansion coefficient at 1350℃ is much approacthed to what at 1450℃ that is the smallest;Better effect of material can the realized with compound sintering aid replacing the common used mono aid MgO sintering.
