摘要
介绍了微波噪声系数测量的Y-因子算法。并从理论的角度详细阐述了影响噪声系数测量的不确定度的因素。最后,对噪声系数精确测量进行分析,选择正确测试方法,注意环境辐射,严谨操作方式,可使噪声系数测量的不确定度降到一个最小的程度。
This paper introduces the Y-factor method of microwave noise figure analyzer. It elaborates the theoretical base of increasing the analysis of Noise Figure uncertain. And some suggestions to reduce the measurement uncertainty are particularly discussed. Choosing the correct measurement method, preventing the environmental radiation, and fitting operation can enable the noise figure uncertain to a minimal level.
