浸没式超滤膜处理地表水的膜污染影响因素试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用中试考察浸没式膜处理地表水的膜污染影响因素,主要通过运行压力的变化,确定膜通量、混合液性质、膜材料对膜污染状况的影响。试验结果表明:膜通量高于临界膜通量越多,膜运行压力增长速度越快,试验用膜的临界膜通量为20L/(m2.h);混合液的浊度及有机物含量越高,膜运行压力增长越快,膜污染越严重;温度升高可以减轻膜污染;对于相同的膜通量,PVDF超滤膜运行压力要低于PVC合金超滤膜,PVDF膜的抗污染能力要强于PVC合金膜。 The influencing factors of membrane pollution on immersed ultra filtration membrane to surface water treatment were investigated by pilot study. The infection of membrane flux, the properties of mixed liquid and membrane materials to membrane pollution status were confirmed by the change of running pressure. The results showed that the more membrane flux exceeded the critical membrane flux, the faster membrane pressure increased. The critical membrane flux in the test was 20 L/(m^2·h). The running pressure increased rapidly and the membrane pollution aggravated severely when the content of the turbidity and organics of the mixed liquids was high. The membrane pollution could be lightened by increasing temperature. The running pressure of PVDF was lower than that of PVC alloy ultra filtration membrane, and the abilities of pollution resistance of PVDF were better than those of PVC alloy ultra filtration membrane.
