摘要
本文介绍了用HGS、TCS、FSY的纺丝技术改造各类POY纺丝设备的工艺路线．并对其相应的纺丝技术、产品性能和技术经济效果等予以比较。随着FSY热管装置和纺丝工艺技术的不断完善和发展，FSY工艺技术生产线将成为POY改制能纺POY、HOY、FDY柔性纺丝生产工艺的较佳选择。
In this thesis, using the spinning technology of HGS, TCS and FSY to modify the process of different POY spinning equipment are presented. The relevant spinning technology, product property andeconomic benefit are compeTed. With the improvement and development of FSY hot tube and its spinning process, the FSY production line will be a good choice in modifying POY line to be flexible spinning system which can spin POY, HOY and FDY.
