摘要
目的:本文研究趋化因子CXC Chemokine Ligand 16(CXCL16)与冠状动脉(冠脉)狭窄的相关性及其临床意义。方法:将88例行冠脉造影患者按CXCL16的值四分位法分4组,CXCL16≤1.43 ng/ml组(n=22),1.43 ng/ml<CX-CL16≤1.72 ng/ml组(n=22),1.72 ng/ml<CXCL16<2.21 ng/ml组(n=22),CXCL16≥2.21 ng/ml组(n=22),观察各组之间冠脉病变程度、生化指标、危险因素等差异情况;比较CXCL16与各种因素的相关性。结果:CXCL16≥2.21 ng/ml组、1.72 ng/ml<CXCL16<2.21 ng/ml组,1.43 ng/ml<CXCL16≤1.72 ng/ml组中Gensini积分均高于CXCL16≤1.43 ng/ml组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.001)。血浆CXCL16与Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.519,P<0.001)。结论:血浆中CXCL16水平是冠心病患者的一个很好检测指标,它对冠脉病变狭窄程度和心血管事件的发生有一定的辅助预测作用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical implications of plasma CXCL16 level to the extent of coronary artery stenosis. Methods: Eighty eight consecutive patients who underwent coronary angiography were divided into four groups according to the quartile of plasma level of CXCL16. The characteristic and the relationship between CXCL16 and the risk factors to coronary artery stenosis were studied and compared in each group.
Results: Gensini score of CXCL16 level in the fourth quartile group (46. 43 ± 45.05 ) was significantly higher than that in the first quartile group (7.00 ± 7.56) , (P 〈 0.01 ). There was a positive correlation between CXCL16 level and Gensini score( r =0.519, p 〈0. 001).
Conclusion:The level of plasma CXCL16 might be a good biomarker for predicting the degree of coronary artery stenosis and the risk of cardiac events.
