摘要
本文表征了CuI导电粒子的形态结构、分布状态,对其导电性及导电机理进行了研究,同时还发现,用物理方法掺杂SnO_2有助于提高导电粒子的导电性.
By means of SEM, DTA, IR, mastersizer, and resistance determination, the morphology, dispersion properties, conductivity and conduction mechanism of CuI conductive particles were analysed. This paper also discussed the influence when SnO2 dopped into CuI.
