摘要
圆炉加竖炉采用的是竖炉口顶加料的投料方式,由于其设计上的缺陷等原因,燃料消耗一直居高不下,大气污染也比较严重。对熔化炉炉体改造提出了意见,采用液压升降炉门、炉盖机构,增强了炉体的密封性,实现集中排烟和烟尘处理,脱硫率在30%~40%之间,除尘则可达96%以上。室内环境明显改善,烟气排放也更环保,改造效果良好,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
The feeding way by vertical and cylindrical furnace is feeding from cylindrical furnace top. Because of its design limitation and high fuel cost, it caused heavy air contamination. Reconstruction for melting furnace body is put forward in the paper. Elevated the furnace gate and top by hydraulic pressure, meantime adopted to increase airproof of furnace body, centralize discard gas dispose, with 30%-40% desulfuration and 90% soot re- moval. Room environment is improved, and smoke discharge is more environmental. Better economic and social benefits were achieved from the Reconstruction.
