摘要
冷轧盐酸再生装置在生产时产生大量的废气,废气中含有氧化铁粉粉尘和氯化氢,对环境造成污染,如何在尽可能低的维护成本条件下,控制好两者的排放浓度,是废酸再生设备维护的难点和重点,对5号冷轧机废酸再生机组从设备的配置上和工艺上做了针对性改进,采用分体式预浓缩器、吸收塔内采用规整式填料,同时采用盐酸回流控制模式,取得较好的效果。
The HCl-regeneration plant that uses roast way to create FeCl2 liquid produces much exhaust gas, which includes a lot of oxide dust of Fe and HCl.The exhaust gas will pollute the environment. How to keep low cost of maintenance and control the consistence of oxide dust and HCl is the same important problem for Baosteel and other factories. The HCl-regeneration plant in No. 5 cold mill has some improvements in equipments and craft, which uses fission pre-concentrate equipments, inside absorb tower uses a whole stuffing, which adopts HCl circum-fluence control mode, and good results are achieved.
